Prince George at Everett (x dos)

In this world nothing is certain but death and taxes. Well, maybe that and always getting wins over Portland. Oh, and this year, always beating Prince George as well. If there were ever two teams for Everett to feast on and take advantage of some 'gimme' points, it would be Leo's Thundersquawks and the Cougettes.

In the loss at Spokane, with key D-men out, the Tips didn't have a chance against the best team in the WHL. There is simply no fault to be found in their efforts last night.

Where one feels the pain is in a loss against the likes of Prince Albert, where (per Zach Hamill), they just didn't play inspired. There are no excuses for losses like that, except to put the blame squarely on the shoulders of HockeyTom's number one coach....(all rise)....John Becanic.

With Seattle now ahead of Everett in points, the Tips should be playing every remaining team as if it were game 7 of a playoff series.

I'm keeping the faith. Go Tips!!
